Privacy, plainly.

What we collect. When you send the contact form we receive what you type: name, company, phone, email, website or Instagram, industry, what you need, budget and your message. We use it only to reply to your enquiry.

Tools and the SOCIO Score. What you type into the Playground and the SOCIO Score is used to produce your result. If AI is switched on, that text is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the answer. If you enter a website, we load its public homepage once to run a quick health check. We don't log in to or scrape Instagram.

Analytics. If enabled, we use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and/or Meta Pixel to understand which pages and tools are useful. These services may set cookies.

Your choices. Want your enquiry deleted? Write to us at thesociomarket@gmail.com and we'll remove it.
